41 You are doing the works of your father.” They said to Him, “We were born of parents who were faithful in marriage. We have one Father. He is God.”
42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your father, you would love Me. I came from God. I did not come on My own, but God sent Me. 43 Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you do not want to hear My teaching.

42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me,(C) for I have come here from God.(D) I have not come on my own;(E) God sent me.(F) 43 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.
