⁴⁶ Not that anyone has seen the Father except the one who is from God; he has seen the Father.^(A)

¹⁸ No one has ever seen God. It is the only Son, himself God, who^[a] is close to the Father’s heart,^[b] who has made him known.^(A)

²⁹ I know him because I am from him, and he sent me.”^(A)
