² And a large crowd was following him, because they saw the signs that he was doing on the sick.

²⁴ So his fame spread throughout all ^(A)Syria, and ^(B)they brought him all the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and ^(C)pains, ^(D)those oppressed by demons, ^(E)those having seizures, and ^(F)paralytics, and he healed them. ^25 (G)And great crowds followed him from Galilee and the ^(H)Decapolis, and from Jerusalem and Judea, and from beyond the Jordan.

God's Chosen Servant

¹⁵ Jesus, aware of this, ^(A)withdrew from there. And ^(B)many followed him, and he healed them all

¹¹ This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested ^(A)his glory. And ^(B)his disciples believed in him.

³³ Now many saw them going and ^(A)recognized them, and they ran there on foot from all the towns and got there ahead of them.

³⁰ And great crowds came to him, bringing with them ^(A)the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute, and many others, and they put them at his feet, and he healed them, ^31 (B)so that the crowd wondered, when they saw the mute speaking, ^(C)the crippled healthy, the lame walking, and the blind seeing. And ^(D)they glorified ^(E)the God of Israel.

¹⁴ When he went ashore he ^(A)saw a great crowd, and ^(B)he had compassion on them and healed their sick.

² And great crowds gathered about him, ^(A)so that he got into a boat and sat down. And the whole crowd stood on the beach.
