²⁷ and he has given him authority to execute judgment because he is the Son of Man.^(A)

³¹ because he has fixed a day on which he will have the world judged in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed, and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead.”^(A)

⁴² He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one ordained by God as judge of the living and the dead.^(A)

²² The Father judges no one but has given all judgment to the Son,^(A)

²² who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers made subject to him.^(A)

Now in subjecting all things to them, God^[c] left nothing outside their control. As it is, we do not yet see everything in subjection to them,^{(A) 9} but we do see Jesus, who for a little while was made lower^[d] than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God^[e] he might taste death for everyone.^(B)

²⁰ God^[a] put this power to work in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places,^{[b](A) 21} far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the age to come.^{(B) 22} And he has put all things under his feet and has made him the head over all things for the church,^{(C) 23} which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.^(D)

²⁵ For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.^(A)
