The Woman of Samaria
7 A woman of Samaria *came to draw water. Jesus *said to her, “Give Me a drink.” 8 For His (A)disciples had gone away to (B)the city to buy food. 9 So the (C)Samaritan woman *said to Him, “How is it that You, though You are a Jew, are asking me for a drink, though I am a Samaritan woman?” (For (D)Jews do not associate with Samaritans.) 10 Jesus replied to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who is saying to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you (E)living water.”

9 撒玛利亚妇人说:“你是个犹太人,怎么向我这撒玛利亚妇人要水喝?”原来犹太人和撒玛利亚人互不往来。
10 耶稣回答说:“要是你知道上帝的恩赐,又知道向你要水喝的是谁,你早就求祂了,祂也早就把活水给你了。”
