¹¹ Now it happened ^(A)as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

A Samaritan Village Rejects the Savior

⁵¹ Now it came to pass, when the time had come for ^(A)Him to be received up, that He steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem, ⁵² and sent messengers before His face. And as they went, they entered a village of the Samaritans, to prepare for Him.

⁴⁹ And He said to them, “Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be ^(A)about ^(B)My Father’s business?”

Sending Out the Twelve^(A)

⁵ These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: ^(B)“Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of ^(C)the Samaritans. ^6 (D)But go rather to the ^(E)lost sheep of the house of Israel.
