¹⁰ Jesus replied to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who is saying to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you ^(A)living water.”

³⁷ Now on ^(A)the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “^(B)If anyone is thirsty, ^[a]let him come to Me and drink. ³⁸ The one who believes in Me, ^(C)as the Scripture said, ‘^[b]From his innermost being will flow rivers of ^(D)living water.’” ³⁹ But this He said ^(E)in reference to the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for ^(F)the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet ^(G)glorified.

¹⁷ The ^(A)Spirit and the ^(B)bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And ^(C)let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires, take the ^(D)water of life without cost.
