2 This man came to Jesus[a] (A)by night and said to him, (B)“Rabbi, (C)we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do (D)unless God is with him.”
31 Yet (A)many of the people believed in him. They said, (B)“When the Christ appears, will he do more signs than this man has done?”
32 Never since the world began has it been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a man born blind.
33 And when the demon had been cast out, the mute man spoke. And the crowds (A)marvelled, saying, “Never was anything like this seen in Israel.”
32 Jesus answered them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone me?”
37 (A)If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me;
