⁵ Jesus said to them, “Children, you have no fish, have you?” They answered him, “No.”^(A)

¹⁹ And my God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.^(A)

¹¹ Not that I am referring to being in need, for I have learned to be content with whatever I have.^{(A) 12} I know what it is to have little, and I know what it is to have plenty. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being well-fed and of going hungry, of having plenty and of being in need.^{(B) 13} I can do all things through him who strengthens me.^(C)

⁵ Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have, for he himself has said, “I will never leave you or forsake you.”^(A)

⁴¹ Yet for all their joy they were still disbelieving and wondering, and he said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?”^{(A) 42} They gave him a piece of broiled fish,^{[a] 43} and he took it and ate in their presence.^(B)

Warning against Antichrists

¹⁸ Children, it is the last hour! As you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. From this we know that it is the last hour.^(A)
