¹⁹ Jesus answered and said to them, ^(A)“Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

⁵⁸ “We heard Him say, ^(A)‘I will destroy this temple made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.’ ”

²⁹ And ^(A)those who passed by blasphemed Him, ^(B)wagging their heads and saying, “Aha! ^(C)You who destroy the temple and build it in three days,

⁴⁰ and saying, ^(A)“You who destroy the temple and build it in three days, save Yourself! ^(B)If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.”

^60 [a]but found none. Even though ^(A)many false witnesses came forward, they found none. But at last ^(B)two ^[b]false witnesses came forward ⁶¹ and said, “This fellow said, ^(C)‘I am able to destroy the temple of God and to build it in three days.’ ”

^40 (A)For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

¹¹ But if the Spirit of ^(A)Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, ^(B)He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies ^[a]through His Spirit who dwells in you.

¹⁵ and killed the ^[a]Prince of life, ^(A)whom God raised from the dead, ^(B)of which we are witnesses.

⁴ Therefore we were ^(A)buried with Him through baptism into death, that ^(B)just as Christ was raised from the dead by ^(C)the glory of the Father, ^(D)even so we also should walk in newness of life.
