⁷ Now they have known that all things which You have given Me are from You.

^16 [a]Jesus answered them and said, ^(A)“My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me. ^17 (B)If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority.

¹⁰ And all Mine are Yours, and ^(A)Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them.

^27 (A)for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and ^(B)have believed that I came forth from God. ^28 (C)I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.”

²⁹ His disciples said to Him, “See, now You are speaking plainly, and using no figure of speech! ³⁰ Now we are sure that ^(D)You know all things, and have no need that anyone should question You. By this ^(E)we believe that You came forth from God.”

^15 (A)All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He ^[a]will take of Mine and declare it to you.

²⁰ At that day you will know that ^(A)I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.

The Father Revealed

^7 (A)“If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”

⁸ Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.”

⁹ Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? ^(B)He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? ¹⁰ Do you not believe that ^(C)I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you ^(D)I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.

⁴⁹ For ^(A)I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, ^(B)what I should say and what I should speak. ⁵⁰ And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I ^(C)speak.”

^29 (A)My Father, ^(B)who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. ^30 (C)I and My Father are one.”
