²² And the ^(A)glory which You gave Me I have given them, ^(B)that they may be one just as We are one:

¹⁸ But we all, with unveiled face, beholding ^(A)as in a mirror ^(B)the glory of the Lord, ^(C)are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as ^[a]by the Spirit of the Lord.

²⁰ At that day you will know that ^(A)I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.

^16 [a]And of His ^(A)fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.

¹⁷ And these ^(A)signs will follow those who ^[a]believe: ^(B)In My name they will cast out demons; ^(C)they will speak with new tongues; ^18 (D)they^[b] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; ^(E)they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Christ Ascends to God’s Right Hand^(F)

¹⁹ So then, ^(G)after the Lord had spoken to them, He was ^(H)received up into heaven, and ^(I)sat down at the right hand of God. ²⁰ And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them ^(J)and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

The Spirit of Truth and the Spirit of Error

²⁴ Now ^(A)he who keeps His commandments ^(B)abides in Him, and He in him. And ^(C)by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

³ that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is ^(A)with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.

¹⁵ Nevertheless, brethren, I have written more boldly to you on some points, as reminding you, ^(A)because of the grace given to me by God, ¹⁶ that ^(B)I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the ^(C)offering ^[a]of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. ¹⁷ Therefore I have reason to glory in Christ Jesus ^(D)in the things which pertain to God. ¹⁸ For I will not dare to speak of any of those things ^(E)which Christ has not accomplished through me, in word and deed, ^(F)to make the Gentiles obedient— ^19 (G)in mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God, so that from Jerusalem and round about to Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. ²⁰ And so I have made it my aim to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, ^(H)lest I should build on another man’s foundation,

The Word Becomes Flesh

^14 (A)And the Word ^(B)became ^(C)flesh and dwelt among us, and ^(D)we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, ^(E)full of grace and truth.
