¹² My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.^(A)

¹⁰ Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.^(A)

¹⁴ And over all these virtues put on love,^(A) which binds them all together in perfect unity.^(B)

¹⁰ This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us^(A) and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.^{(B) 11} Dear friends,^(C) since God so loved us,^(D) we also ought to love one another.^(E)
