17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate(A) to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth.(B) The world cannot accept him,(C) because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[a] in you.
