John 14:11-19

New American Standard Bible

¹¹ Believe Me that ^(A)I am in the Father and the Father is in Me; otherwise ^(B)believe because of the works themselves. ¹² Truly, truly I say to you, the one who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and ^(C)greater works than these he will do; because ^(D)I am going to the Father. ¹³ And ^(E)whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that ^(F)the Father may be glorified in the Son. ¹⁴ If you ask Me anything ^(G)in My name, I will do it.

¹⁵ “^(H)If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.

The Holy Spirit

¹⁶ I will ask the Father, and He will give you another ^[a](I)Helper, so that He may be with you forever; ¹⁷ the Helper is ^(J)the Spirit of truth, ^(K)whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him; but you know Him because He remains with you and will be in you.

¹⁸ “I will not leave you as orphans; ^(L)I am coming to you. ^19 [b](M)After a little while, ^(N)the world no longer is going to see Me, but you are going to see Me; ^(O)because I live, you also will live.
