John 13:12-17
Legacy Standard Bible
12 So when He had washed their feet, and (A)taken His garments and reclined at the table again, He said to them, “Do you know what I have done to you? 13 You call Me (B)Teacher and (C)Lord; and [a]you are right, for so I am. 14 If I then, (D)the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. 15 For I gave you (E)an example that you also should do as I did to you. 16 Truly, truly, I say to you, (F)a slave is not greater than his master, nor is (G)one who is sent greater than the one who sent him. 17 If you know these things, you are (H)blessed if you do them.

John 13:12-17
New Living Translation
12 After washing their feet, he put on his robe again and sat down and asked, “Do you understand what I was doing? 13 You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am. 14 And since I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each other’s feet. 15 I have given you an example to follow. Do as I have done to you. 16 I tell you the truth, slaves are not greater than their master. Nor is the messenger more important than the one who sends the message. 17 Now that you know these things, God will bless you for doing them.
