Mary Anoints Jesus with Costly Perfume
12 (A)Jesus, therefore, six days before (B)the Passover, came to (C)Bethany where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had raised from the dead. 2 So they made Him a supper there, and (D)Martha was serving; and Lazarus was one of those reclining at the table with Him. 3 (E)Mary then took a [a]litra of (F)perfume of very costly pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped His feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. 4 But (G)Judas Iscariot, one of His disciples, who was going to [b]betray Him, *said, 5 “Why was this perfume not sold for [c]three hundred denarii and given to the poor?” 6 Now he said this, not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief, and as he (H)had the money box, he used to take from (I)what was put into it. 7 Therefore Jesus said, “Let her alone, so that she may keep it for (J)the day of My burial. 8 (K)For you always have the poor with you, but you do not always have Me.”
9 Then the (L)large crowd from the Jews learned that He was there. And they came, not because of Jesus only, but that they might also see Lazarus, (M)whom He raised from the dead. 10 But the chief priests planned to put Lazarus to death also; 11 because (N)on account of him (O)many of the Jews were going away and were believing in Jesus.
The Triumphal Entry
12 On the next day (P)the large crowd who had come to (Q)the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, 13 took the branches of the palm trees and went out to meet Him, and began to shout, “(R)Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the [d]Lord, even the (S)King of Israel.” 14 And Jesus, finding a young donkey, sat on it; as it is written, 15 “(T)Fear not, daughter of Zion; behold, your King is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.” 16 (U)These things His disciples did not understand at the first; but when Jesus (V)was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written about Him, and that they had done these things to Him. 17 So (W)the crowd, who was with Him when He called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead, continued to bear witness about Him. 18 (X)For this reason also the crowd went and met Him, (Y)because they heard that He had done this [e]sign. 19 So the Pharisees said to one another, “You see that you are gaining nothing; look, the world has gone after Him.”
Some Greeks Seek Jesus
20 Now there were some (Z)Greeks among those who were going up to worship at (AA)the feast; 21 these then came to (AB)Philip, who was from (AC)Bethsaida of Galilee, and began to ask him, saying, “Sir, we wish to see Jesus.” 22 Philip *came and *told (AD)Andrew; Andrew and Philip *came and *told Jesus. 23 And Jesus *answered them, saying, “(AE)The hour has come for the Son of Man to (AF)be glorified. 24 Truly, truly, I say to you, (AG)unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. 25 (AH)He who loves his [f]life loses it, and he who (AI)hates his [g]life in this world will keep it to life eternal. 26 If anyone [h]serves Me, he must follow Me; and (AJ)where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone [i]serves Me, the Father will (AK)honor him.
The Son of Man Must Be Lifted Up
27 “(AL)Now (AM)My soul has become dismayed; and what shall I say, ‘(AN)Father, (AO)save Me from (AP)this hour’? But for this purpose I came to this hour. 28 (AQ)Father, glorify Your name.” Then a (AR)voice came from heaven: “I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.” 29 So the crowd of people who stood by and heard it were saying that it had thundered; others were saying, “(AS)An angel has spoken to Him.” 30 Jesus answered and said, “(AT)This voice has not come for My sake, but for your sake. 31 (AU)Now judgment is upon this world; now (AV)the ruler of this world will be cast out. 32 And I, if I (AW)am lifted up from the earth, will (AX)draw all men to Myself.” 33 But He was saying this (AY)to indicate the kind of death by which He was about to die. 34 The crowd then answered Him, “We have heard from (AZ)the Law that (BA)the [j]Christ is to remain forever; and how do You say, ‘The (BB)Son of Man must be (BC)lifted up’? Who is this (BD)Son of Man?” 35 So Jesus said to them, “(BE)For a little while longer (BF)the Light is among you. (BG)Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you; he who (BH)walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. 36 While you have the Light, (BI)believe in the Light, so that you may become (BJ)sons of Light.”
These things Jesus spoke, and He went away and [k](BK)hid Himself from them. 37 But though He had done so many [l]signs before them, they still were not believing in Him, 38 so that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke: “[m](BL)Lord, who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the [n]Lord been revealed?” 39 For this reason they could not believe, for Isaiah said again, 40 “(BM)He has blinded their eyes and He (BN)hardened their heart, lest they see with their eyes and understand with their heart, and return and I heal them.” 41 These things Isaiah said because (BO)he saw His glory, and (BP)he spoke about Him. 42 Nevertheless (BQ)many even of (BR)the rulers believed in Him, but (BS)because of the Pharisees they were not confessing Him, [o]for fear that they would be (BT)put out of the synagogue; 43 (BU)for they loved the glory of men rather than the glory of God.
44 And Jesus cried out and said, “(BV)He who believes in Me, does not believe in Me but in Him who sent Me. 45 (BW)And he who sees Me sees the One who sent Me. 46 (BX)I have come as Light into the world, so that everyone who believes in Me will not remain in darkness. 47 And if anyone hears My words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for (BY)I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 (BZ)He who rejects Me and does not receive My words, has one who judges him; (CA)the word I spoke is what will judge him on (CB)the last day. 49 (CC)For I did not speak from Myself, but the Father Himself who sent Me (CD)has given Me a commandment—what to say and what to speak. 50 And I know that (CE)His commandment is eternal life; therefore the things I speak, I speak (CF)just as the Father has told Me.”

12 फसह क त्यौहार क छ: दिन पहले ईसू बैतनिय्याह कइँती चल दिहेस। हुवाँ लाजर रहत रहा जेहिका ईसू मरे स जिआइ दिहे रहा। 2 हुवाँ ईसू क बरे उ पचे खाना बनवाएऩ। मार्था ओका खाना परोसेस। ईसू क साथे खाना खाइवालेन मँ लाजर सामिल रहा। 3 मरियम जटामॉसी स बनावा आधा आधा लीटर मँहगा इतर ईसू क पैर मँ लगाएस अउर अपने बालन स ओकर पैर पोंछेस। समूचा घर महकइ लाग।
4 ओकरे चेलन मँ एक यहूदा इस्करियोती रहा, जउन ओका धोखा देइवाला रहा, उ कहेस, 5 “इ इतर क 300 चाँदी क सिक्कन मँ बेच के गरीबन क पइसा काहे नाहीं दीन्ह गवा?” 6 ओका गरीबन क कउनो चिन्ता नाहीं रही, इ बरे उ अइसी बात नाहीं कहेस मुला उ खुदइ चोर रहा अउर रूपियन क थैली हमेसा ओकरे पास रहत रही। ओहमाँ जउन रुपिया डावा जात रहा, उ उहइ मँ स चोराइ लेत रहा।
7 तउ ईसू कहेस, “रहइ द्या। ओका छाँड़ि द्या। उ आज इ सब मोका गाड़े जाइ क तैइयारी क वास्ते करेस। 8 गरीब लोग तउ हमेसा तोहरे साथे रहिहीं मुला मइँ तोहरे साथे हमेसा न रहब।”
लाजर क खिलाफ साजिस
9 फसह क त्यौहार प आए यहूदियन क तमाम भीड़ क जब पता चला कि ईसू बैतनिय्याह मँ अहइ तउ ओसे मिलइ चल दिहेस। उ भीड़ केवल ईसू स मिलइ क बरे नाहीं आइ रही, मुला लाजर क देखइ क बरे आइ रही। लाजर क मरइ क बाद ईसू फिन जीवित कइ दिहेस रहा। 10 इही बरे मुख्ययाजकन लाजर क भी मारइ क तरकीब सोचइ लागेन। 11 काहेकि ओहि क कारण तमाम यहूदी जनता अपने अपने नेता क छोड़िके ईसू मँ बिसवास करइ लाग।
ईसू क यरूसलेम मँ जाब:

12 दूसरे दिन फ़सह क त्यौहार प आई भीड़ जब इ सुनेस कि ईसू यरूसलेम आवत अहइ तउ 13 लोग खजूर क टहनी लइके ओसे मिलइ चल पड़ेन। उ पचे गोहरावत रहेन,
“‘होसन्ना!
‘धन्य अहइ उ जउन पर्भू क नाउँ स आवत ह!’ (A)
उ जउन इस्त्राएल क राजा अहइ।”
14 तब ईसू क एक गदहा मिला अउर उ ओकरे ऊपर चढ़ि लिहेस। जइसा कि पवित्तर सास्तर मँ लिखा अहइ:
15 “सिय्योन क पुत्री डेराअ जिन!
देखा! तोहार राजा गदहे क बच्चा प
बइठके आवत अहइ।” (B)
16 पहिला तउ ओकर चेलन ओकरे व्यवहार क नाहीं समझ पाएन्ह लेकिन जब ईसू क महिमा परगट भइ तउ समुझ पाएन कि सास्तर मँ ओकरे बारे मँ सब बात लिखी रहिन अउर तमाम मनई क ओकरे बार मँ अइसा बरताब रहा।
17 ओकरे साथ जउन भीड़ रही, उ इ साच्छी दिहेस कि उ लाजर क कब्र स बोलाइके मरे स फिन जिआइ दिहेस। 18 तमाम लोग ओसे मिलइ क बरे इहइ बरे आइ रहेन काहेकि उ पचे सुने रहेन कि इ अद्भुत कारज करइवाला उहइ अहइ। 19 तउ फरीसी आपुस मँ कहइ लागेन, “सोचा तू सबेन्ह कछू नाहीं कइ पावत अहा अउर देखा पूरी दुनिया ओकरे पीछे पड़ गइ अहइ।”
मउत क बावत ईसू क बताउब
20 फसह क त्यौहार प यरूसलेम मँ आराधना करइवालेन मँ कछू यूनानी रहेन। 21 उ सबेन्ह गलील मँ बैतसैदा क रहइवाले फिलिप्पुस क लगे गएन अउर ओसे विनती करत भए कहइ लागेन, “महासय, हम पचे ईसू क दर्सन करइ चाहत अही।” तउ फिलिप्पुस आइके अन्द्रियास स बाताएस। 22 फिन अन्द्रियास अउर फिलिप्पुस ईसू क पास आइके कहेन।
23 ईसू ओनका जवाब दिहेस, “मनई क पूत क महिमावान होइ क समइ आइ ग बाटइ। 24 मइँ तोहसे सही सही बतावत अहउँ कि जब तलक गोहूँ क एक दाना जमीन प गिरके मर नाहीं जात, तब तक उ एकइ रहत ह, मुला जब उ मरि जात ह तउ अनगिनत दानन क पइदा करि देत ह। 25 जेका आपन जिन्नगी पियारी अहइ उ ओका खोइ देइ, मुला जेका इ दुनिया मँ अपनी जिन्नगी स पिरेम नाहीं अहइ, उ ऍका अनन्त जीवन क वास्ते रखे रही। 26 जदि कउनो मोरी सेवा करत ह तउ जरूर मोर पाछा करत ह अउर जहाँ मइँ अही, हुवाँ मोर सेवक भी रही। जब कउनो मोर सेवा करत ह तउ परमपिता ओकर सम्मान करी।
ईसू अपनी मउत क तरफ इसारा किहेस
27 “अब मोर जिअरा घबरात अहइ। मइँ का कहउँ, हे परमपिता, मोका दुःख क इ घड़ी स बचावा? मुला इहइ समइ क बरे तउ मइँ आइ अहउँ। 28 हे परमपिता, अपने नाम क महिमा दूया!”
तउ आकासवाणी भइ, “मइँ एकर महिमा किए अहउँ अउर मइँ फिन ऍकर महिमा करब।”
29 तउ हुवाँ मौजूद भीड़ जउन एक सुने रहेन, कहइ लाग कि कउनो बादर गरजा बाटइ। दूसर इ कहइ लागेन, “कउनो सरगदूत ओसे बतिआन ह।”
30 ऍकरे जवाब मँ ईसू कहेस, “इ आकासबाणी मोरे बरे नाहीं भइ, इ तोहरे बरे भइ रही। 31 अब इ दुनिया क निआव क समइ आइ ग बाटइ। अब इ दुनिया क सासक (हियाँ प मतलब अहइ सइतान) क निकार दीन्ह जाई। 32 अउर जब मइँ धरती क ऊपर उठाइ लीन्ह जाबइ तउ फिन सब लोगन क अपनी ओर खींचब।” 33 उ इ बतावइ क बरे अइसा कहत रहा कि उ कइसी मउत मरइ जात अहइ।
34 इ सुनिके भीड़ ओका जवाब दिहेस, “हम पचे व्यवस्था क इ बात सुने अही कि मसीह हमेसा रही। इ बरे तू कइसे कहत अहा, ‘मनई क पूत क जरूर स ऊपर उठाइ लीन्ह जाई?’ इ ‘मनई क पूत कउन अहइ’?”
35 तउ ईसू ओनसे कहेस, “तोहरे बीच मँ ज्योति अबे कछू समइ अउर रही। जब तक ज्योति अहइ, चलत रहा, जइसे कि अँधियारा (पाप) तोहका घेर न लेइ, काहेकि जउन मनई अँधेरे मँ चलत ह, उ इ नाहीं जानत कि कहाँ जात अहइ। 36 जब तक ज्योति तोहरे लगे अहइ, ओहमाँ बिसवास बनाए रखा जइसे कि तू पचे ज्योति क सन्तान होइ सका।” ईसू इ कहिके कहूँ चला गवा अउर ओऩसे छिप गवा।
यहूदी क ईसू मँ बिसवास न करब
37 ईसू ओनके सबके सामने तमाम अद्भुत कारजन परगट किहेस मुला उ पचे ओकरे मँ बिसवास नाहीं किएन्ह 38 जइसे कि नबी यसायाह क कहब सही होइ सकइ,
“पर्भू, मोरे संदेस प कउन बिसवास किहे अहइ?
काहेकि ऊपर पर्भू क ताकत केह पइ परगट भइ अहइ?” (C)
39 इहइ बरे उ सब बिसवास नाहीं कइ सकेन। काहेकि यसायाह फिन केह रहा,
40 “उ ओनकइ आँखी आँधर
अउर ओनकइ हिरदइ कठोर बनाएस जइसे,
उ पचे अपनी आँखी स देख न सकइँ
अउर बुद्धि स समझ न पावइँ
अउर मोरी कइँती न मुड़इँ,
जइसे कि मइँ ओऩका चंगा न कइ पाई।” (D)
41 यसायाह अइसा इ बरे कहे रहा, काहेकि उ ओकर महिमा देखे रहा अउर ओकरे बारे मँ बतियान भी रहा।
42 तबहूँ तमाम लोग अइसे रहेन, जेहिमाँ तमाम यहूदी नेतन रहेन जे ओहमाँ बिसवास किएन्ह। मुला फरीसियन क डर क मारे अपने बिस्वास क खुलासा नाहीं किएन्ह, नाहीं तउ ओनका सबेन्ह क पराथना क जगह स निकारि देइ क डर रहा। 43 ओनका सबेन्ह क मनई क दीन्ह सम्मान परमेस्सर क दीन्ह सम्मान स जियादा अच्छा लागत रहा।
ईसू क उपदेस प मनई क निआव होई
44 ईसू बोलॉइके जोर स कहेस, “उ जउऩ मोरे मँ बिसवास करत ह, उ मोरे मँ नाहीं, बल्कि ओकरे मँ बिसवास करत ह जउन मोका भेजेस। 45 अउर जउऩ मनई मोका देखत ह, उ ओका देखत ह जउऩ मोका भेजेस। 46 मइँ दुनिया क रोसनी क तरीके स आवा जइसे कि जउऩ मनई मोरे मँ बिसवास करत ह, उ अँधिरे मँ न रहइ।
47 “जदि कउऩे मनई मोरे बात सही सुनिके ओका नाहीं मानत तबहुँ मइँ ओका अपराधी ठहरावइ क बरे नाहीं आइ अही, मइँ तउ दुनिया क उद्धार क वास्ते आइ अही। 48 जउन मनई मोका नाहीं मानत अउर हमरी बातन क नाहीं मानत, ओकरे बरे एक अहइ जउन ओकर निआव करी। उ उहइ अहइ, अपनी बातन स जेहिका मइँ उपदेस दीन्ह। आखिरी दिन उहइ ओकर निआव करी। 49 काहेकि मइँ अपनी तरफ क कछू नाहीं कहे अही, मइँ परमपिता (परमेस्सर) क आदेस क पालन करत अही, जउन मोका भेजेस, उ मोका बताए अहइ कि मइँ का उपदेस देइ। 50 अउर मइँ जानित ह कि ओकरे आदेस क मतलब अहइ अनन्त जीवन। इ बरे जउन मइँ बोलित हउँ, उहइ क ठीक उहइ अहइ जउन परमपिता मोसे कहे अहइ।”

12 逾越节前六天，耶稣到了伯大尼，就是拉撒路所住的地方；耶稣曾经使这拉撒路从死人中复活。 2 有人在那里为耶稣预备了筵席。马大在那里侍候，拉撒路也和一些人与耶稣一同吃饭。 3 马利亚拿了半公斤珍贵纯正的哪哒香膏，抹耶稣的脚，又用自己的头发去擦；屋里就满了香膏的香气。 4 耶稣的一个门徒，就是那要出卖他的加略人犹大，说： 5 “为甚么不把这香膏卖三百银币，赒济穷人呢？” 6 他说这话，并不是因为他关怀穷人，而是因为他是个贼，又带着钱囊，常取其中所存的。 7 耶稣就说：“由她吧，这香膏是她留下来为我安葬的日子用的。 8 你们常常有穷人跟你们在一起，却不常有我。”
9 有一大群犹太人知道耶稣在那里，就都来了，然而他们不单是为了耶稣的缘故，也是要看看耶稣使他从死人中复活的拉撒路。 10 于是祭司长想把拉撒路也杀掉， 11 因为有许多犹太人为了拉撒路的缘故，离开他们，信了耶稣。
骑驴进耶路撒冷(B)
12 第二天，有一大群上来过节的人，听见耶稣要来耶路撒冷， 13 就拿着棕树枝出去迎接他，欢呼说：
“和散那，
奉主名来的以色列王，
是应当称颂的！”
14 耶稣找到一头小驴，就骑在上面，正如经上所记的：
15 “锡安的居民哪，不要惧怕；
看哪，你的王来了，
他骑着小驴来了。”
16 门徒起初不明白这些事，可是到耶稣得了荣耀以后，他们才想起这些话是指着他说的，并且人们果然向他这样行了。 17 那些和耶稣在一起，看见他叫拉撒路从坟墓出来，又使他从死人中复活的群众，都为这事作见证。 18 群众因为听见他行了这神迹，就去迎接他。 19 于是法利赛人彼此说：“你们看，你们都是徒劳无功，世人都去跟随他了！”
主被举起来就吸引万人
20 上去过节作礼拜的人中，有些是希腊人。 21 他们来到加利利的伯赛大人腓力那里，请求他，说：“先生，我们想见耶稣。” 22 腓力去告诉安得烈，安得烈就和腓力去告诉耶稣。 23 耶稣对他们说：“人子得荣耀的时候到了！ 24 我实实在在告诉你们，一粒麦子若不落在地里死了，仍旧是一粒；如果死了，就结出许多果实来。 25 爱惜自己生命的，就丧掉生命；在这世上恨恶自己生命的，必会保全生命到永远。 26 如果有人服事我，就应当跟从我；我在哪里，服事我的人也会在哪里；如果有人服事我，我父必尊重他。
27 “我现在心里烦乱，我应该说甚么呢？说‘父啊，救我脱离这时刻’吗？然而我正是为了这个缘故来的，要面对这时刻。 28 父啊，愿你荣耀你的名！”当时有声音从天上来，说：“我已经荣耀了我的名，还要再荣耀。” 29 站在旁边的群众听见了，就说：“打雷了。”另外有人说：“有天使对他说话。” 30 耶稣说：“这声音不是为了我，而是为了你们发出的。 31 现在是这世界受审判的时候了，现在这世界的王要被赶出去。 32 我若从地上被举起来，就要吸引万人归向我。” 33 他说这话，是指着自己将要怎样死说的。 34 于是群众对他说：“我们从律法上知道基督是永远常存的，你怎么说‘人子必须被举起来’呢？这人子是谁呢？” 35 耶稣说：“光在你们中间的时间不多了。你们应当趁着有光的时候行走，免得黑暗追上你们。在黑暗中行走的人，不知道往哪里去。 36 你们应当趁着有光的时候信从这光，使你们成为光明的儿女。”
主的道要审判不信的人
耶稣说完了这些话，就离开他们隐藏起来。 37 耶稣在他们面前行了许多神迹，但是他们仍然不信他。 38 这是要应验以赛亚先知所说的话：
“主啊，我们所传的，有谁信呢？
主的膀臂向谁显露呢？”
39 他们不能相信，因为以赛亚又说：
40 “ 神使他们瞎了眼，硬了心，
免得他们眼睛看见，
心里明白而回转过来；
我就医好他们。”
41 以赛亚说这些话，是因为看见了他的荣耀，就指着他说的。 42 虽然这样，官长当中也有许多人信了耶稣。但是因为法利赛人的缘故，他们不敢公开承认，免得被赶出会堂； 43 因为他们爱来自人的荣耀，过于爱来自 神的荣耀。
44 耶稣大声说：“信我的，不单是信我，也是信那差我来的。 45 看见我的，就是看见那差我来的。 46 我是光，我到世上来，叫所有信我的不住在黑暗里。 47 人若听见我的话却不遵守的，我不审判他，因为我来不是要审判世人，而是要拯救世人。 48 弃绝我又不接受我的话的人，自有审判他的。我所讲的道在末日要定他的罪； 49 因为我没有凭着自己说话，而是差我来的父给了我命令，要我说甚么，讲甚么。 50 我知道他的命令就是永生。所以，我所讲的，正是父吩咐我要我讲的。”
