¹⁵ And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, that you may believe. Nevertheless let us go to him.”

¹⁰ Therefore ^(A)I endure all things for the sake of the ^[a]elect, ^(B)that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

¹⁰ Do you not believe that ^(A)I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you ^(B)I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. ¹¹ Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, ^(C)or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.

^35 (A)Jesus wept. ³⁶ Then the Jews said, “See how He loved him!”

⁴ When Jesus heard that, He said, “This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”

¹¹ This ^(A)beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, ^(B)and ^[a]manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him.
