³⁵ If He called them gods, ^(A)to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture ^(B)cannot be broken),

^35 (A)Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

13 Let every soul be ^(A)subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.

God’s Covenant with Abram^(A)

15 After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram ^(B)in a vision, saying, ^(C)“Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your ^(D)shield, ^[a]your exceedingly ^(E)great reward.”

³⁶ For these things were done that the Scripture should be fulfilled, ^(A)“Not one of His bones shall be broken.” ³⁷ And again another Scripture says, ^(B)“They shall look on Him whom they pierced.”

^26 (A)Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His ^(B)glory?” ²⁷ And beginning at ^(C)Moses and ^(D)all the Prophets, He ^[a]expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.
