John 1:11-15

¹¹ He came to ^(A)his own,^[a] and ^(B)his own people^{[b] (C)}did not receive him. ¹² But to all who did receive him, ^(D)who believed in his name, ^(E)he gave the right ^(F)to become ^(G)children of God, ¹³ who ^(H)were born, ^(I)not of blood ^(J)nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

¹⁴ And ^(K)the Word ^(L)became flesh and ^(M)dwelt among us, ^(N)and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son^[c] from the Father, full of ^(O)grace and ^(P)truth. ¹⁵ (^(Q)John bore witness about him, and cried out, “This was he of whom I said, ^(R)‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because he was before me.’”)
