John 8:27-29

27 (They did not know that he was speaking to them about the Father.)
28 Then Jesus said,[a] “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will recognize that I am he, and I do nothing from myself, but just as the Father taught me, I say these things. 29 And the one who sent me is with me. He has not left me alone, because I always do the things that are pleasing to him.”
