John 7:38

³⁸Whoever believes^(A) in me, as Scripture has said,^(B) rivers of living water^(C) will flow from within them.”^[a]^(D)

John 7:38 Or me. And let anyone drink ³⁸who believes in me.” As Scripture has said, “Out of him (or them) will flow rivers of living water.”

³⁸If anyone believes in me, rivers of living water will flow out from that person’s ·heart [^Lbelly; gut], as the Scripture says [Is. 55:1; 58:11; Ezek. 47:1–12; Zech. 14:8, compare John 4:10–11; Rev. 7:17; 22:1].”

³⁸He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
