²⁰ Therefore many of the Jews read this inscription, because the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city; and it was written ^(A)in ^[a]Hebrew, Latin, and in Greek.

Choosing of the Seven

6 Now ^[a]at this time, as the ^(A)disciples were ^(B)increasing in number, a complaint developed on the part of the ^[b](C)Hellenistic Jews against the native ^(D)Hebrews, because their ^(E)widows were being overlooked in ^(F)the daily serving of food.

²⁹ And he was talking and arguing with the ^[a](A)Hellenistic Jews; but they were attempting to put him to death.

²⁰ But there were some of them, men of ^(A)Cyprus and ^(B)Cyrene, who came to ^(C)Antioch and began speaking to the ^[a](D)Greeks as well, ^(E)preaching the good news of the Lord Jesus.

³⁷ As Paul was about to be brought into ^(A)the barracks, he *said to the commander, “May I say something to you?” And he said, “Do you know Greek?
