John 19:18-20
Contemporary English Version
18 There Jesus was nailed to the cross, and on each side of him a man was also nailed to a cross.
19 Pilate ordered the charge against Jesus to be written on a board and put above the cross. It read, “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews.” 20 The words were written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek.
The place where Jesus was taken wasn't far from the city, and many of the people read the charge against him.

New International Version
18 There they crucified him, and with him two others(A)—one on each side and Jesus in the middle.
19 Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: jesus of nazareth,(B) the king of the jews.(C) 20 Many of the Jews read this sign, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city,(D) and the sign was written in Aramaic, Latin and Greek.
