John 19:12-16
New American Standard Bible
12 As a result of this, Pilate [a]made efforts to release Him; but the Jews shouted, saying, “(A)If you release this Man, you are not a friend of Caesar; everyone who makes himself out to be a king [b]opposes Caesar!”
13 Therefore when Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus out, and (B)sat down on the judgment seat at a place called [c]The Pavement—but (C)in [d]Hebrew, Gabbatha. 14 Now it was (D)the day of preparation for the Passover; it was about the [e](E)sixth hour. And he *said to the Jews, “Look, (F)your King!” 15 So they shouted, “(G)Away with Him, away with Him, crucify Him!” Pilate *said to them, “Shall I crucify your King?” The chief priests answered, “We have no king except Caesar.”
The Crucifixion
16 So he then (H)handed Him over to them to be crucified.

John 19:12-16
International Standard Version
12 From then on, Pilate tried to release him, but the Jewish leaders[a] kept shouting, “If you release this fellow, you’re not a friend of Caesar! Anyone who claims to be a king is defying Caesar!”
13 When Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus outside and sat down on the judgment seat in a place called The Pavement, which in Hebrew is called Gabbatha. 14 Now it was the Preparation Day for the Passover, about noon.[b] He told the Jewish leaders,[c] “Here is your king!”
15 Then they shouted, “Take him away! Take him away! Crucify him!”
Pilate asked them, “Should I crucify your king?”
The high priests responded, “We have no king but Caesar!” 16 Then Pilate[d] handed him over to be crucified, and they took Jesus away.
