John 16:4-11
King James Version
4 But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.
5 But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?
6 But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow hath filled your heart.
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

John 16:4-11
New International Version
4 I have told you this, so that when their time comes you will remember(A) that I warned you about them. I did not tell you this from the beginning because I was with you,(B) 5 but now I am going to him who sent me.(C) None of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’(D) 6 Rather, you are filled with grief(E) because I have said these things. 7 But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate(F) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.(G) 8 When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 about sin,(H) because people do not believe in me; 10 about righteousness,(I) because I am going to the Father,(J) where you can see me no longer; 11 and about judgment, because the prince of this world(K) now stands condemned.
