³¹ Jesus replied to them, “Do you now believe? ³² Behold, ^(A)an hour is coming, and has already come, for ^(B)you to be scattered, each to ^(C)his own home, and to leave Me alone; and yet ^(D)I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. ³³ These things I have spoken to you so that ^(E)in Me you may have peace. ^(F)In the world you have tribulation, but ^(G)take courage; ^(H)I have overcome the world.”

The High Priestly Prayer

17 Jesus spoke these things; and ^(A)raising His eyes to heaven, He said, “Father, the hour has come; ^(B)glorify Your Son, so that the Son may glorify You, ² just as ^(C)You gave Him authority over all ^[a]mankind, so that ^[b](D)to all whom You have given Him, ^(E)He may give eternal life. ³ And this is eternal life, that they may know You, ^(F)the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom ^(G)You have sent.
