^21 (A)Whenever a woman is in labor she has ^[a]pain, because her hour has come; but when she gives birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish because of the joy that a ^[b]child has been born into the world.

¹⁵ But women will be ^[a]preserved through the bearing of children if they continue in ^(A)faith and love and sanctity with ^[b]self-restraint.
