12 “I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them at the present time. 13 But when He, (A)the Spirit of truth, comes, He will (B)guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. 14 He will (C)glorify Me, for He will take from Mine and will disclose it to you. 15 (D)All things that the Father has are Mine; this is why I said that He takes from Mine and will disclose it to you.

12 “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear.(A) 13 But when he, the Spirit of truth,(B) comes, he will guide you into all the truth.(C) He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. 14 He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. 15 All that belongs to the Father is mine.(D) That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”

but just as it is written:

(A)Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard,
And which have not entered the human heart,
All that God has prepared for those who love Him.”

10 [a](B)For to us God revealed them (C)through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the (D)depths of God. 11 For who among people knows the thoughts of a person except the (E)spirit of the person that is in him? So also the thoughts of God no one knows, except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we (F)have not received the spirit of (G)the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God. 13 We also speak these things, (H)not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, [b]combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.

14 But [c]a (I)natural person (J)does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are (K)foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But the one who is (L)spiritual discerns all things, yet he himself is [d]discerned by no one. 16 For (M)who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But (N)we have the mind of Christ.

However, as it is written:

“What no eye has seen,
    what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”[a]
the things God has prepared for those who love him—(A)

10 these are the things God has revealed(B) to us by his Spirit.(C)

The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. 11 For who knows a person’s thoughts(D) except their own spirit(E) within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 What we have received is not the spirit(F) of the world,(G) but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us. 13 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom(H) but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words.[b] 14 The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God(I) but considers them foolishness,(J) and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. 15 The person with the Spirit(K) makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments, 16 for,

“Who has known the mind of the Lord
    so as to instruct him?”[c](L)

But we have the mind of Christ.(M)
