49 Then Nathanael declared, “Rabbi,(A) you are the Son of God;(B) you are the king of Israel.”(C)

50 Jesus said, “You believe[a] because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You will see greater things than that.” 51 He then added, “Very truly I tell you,[b] you[c] will see ‘heaven open,(D) and the angels of God ascending and descending(E) on’[d] the Son of Man.”(F)

Jesus Changes Water Into Wine

On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee.(G) Jesus’ mother(H) was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.”

“Woman,[e](I) why do you involve me?”(J) Jesus replied. “My hour(K) has not yet come.”

51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
