16 Jag har också andra får, som inte hör till den här fållan. Också dem måste jag leda, och de ska lyssna till min röst. Så ska det bli en fårhjord och en herde. 17 Fadern älskar mig, därför att jag ger mitt liv för att sedan ta det tillbaka. 18 Ingen tar mitt liv ifrån mig, utan jag ger det frivilligt. Jag har makt att ge det, och jag har makt att ta det tillbaka. Det är det bud jag har fått av min Fader.”

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
