you stripped people of their clothing, leaving them naked.(E)
You gave no water(F) to the weary
and you withheld food from the hungry,(G)
though you were a powerful man, owning land(H)
an honored man,(I) living on it.(J)
And you sent widows(K) away empty-handed(L)
and broke the strength of the fatherless.(M)
10 That is why snares(N) are all around you,(O)
    why sudden peril terrifies you,(P)
11 why it is so dark(Q) you cannot see,

12 “Is not God in the heights of heaven?(S)
And see how lofty are the highest stars!
13 Yet you say, ‘What does God know?(T)
Does he judge through such darkness?(U)
14 Thick clouds(V) veil him, so he does not see us(W)
as he goes about in the vaulted heavens.’(X)

so I stand aloof from the plans of the wicked.(AF)

If you remove wickedness far from your tent(AS)
24 and assign your nuggets(AT) to the dust,
your gold(AU) of Ophir(AV) to the rocks in the ravines,(AW)
25 then the Almighty will be your gold,(AX)
    the choicest silver for you.(AY)
26 Surely then you will find delight in the Almighty(AZ)
and will lift up your face(BA) to God.(BB)
