Job 9:27-29

²⁷If I say, ^(A)‘I will forget my complaint,
    I will put off my sad face, and ^(B)be of good cheer,’
²⁸I become ^(C)afraid of all my suffering,
    for I know you will not ^(D)hold me innocent.
²⁹I shall be ^(E)condemned;
    why then do I labor in vain?
