¹² Now the Lord blessed ^(A)the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had ^(B)fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys. ^13 (C)He also had seven sons and three daughters.

The Parable of the Mustard Seed^(A)

³¹ Another parable He put forth to them, saying: ^(B)“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, ³² which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a ^(C)tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.”

^12 (A)For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.

¹⁶ who fed you in the wilderness with ^(A)manna, which your fathers did not know, that He might humble you and that He might test you, ^(B)to do you good in the end—
