¹⁰ they return no more to their houses,
    nor do their places know them any more.^(A)

¹⁸ If they are destroyed from their place,
    then it will deny them, saying, ‘I have never seen you.’^(A)

¹⁶ for the wind passes over it, and it is gone,
    and its place knows it no more.

⁹ The eye that saw them will see them no more,
    nor will their place behold them any longer.^(A)

²³ It^[a] claps its^[b] hands at them
    and hisses at them from its^[c] place.^(A)

²¹ The east wind lifts them up, and they are gone;
    it sweeps them out of their place.^(A)
