Dios Habla Hoy
5 Grita, Job, a ver quién te responde.
¿A qué ángel vas a recurrir?
2 Entregarse a la amargura o a la pasión
es una necedad que lleva a la muerte.
3 He visto al necio empezar a prosperar,
mas su casa fue pronto destruida.
4 Sus hijos no tienen quien los ayude;
en los tribunales los tratan injustamente
y no hay quien los defienda.
5 Sus cosechas se las comen los hambrientos
sacándolas de entre los espinos,
y los sedientos les envidian sus riquezas.
6 La maldad no brota del suelo;
la desdicha no nace de la tierra:
7 es el hombre el que causa la desdicha,
así como del fuego salen volando las chispas.
8 En tu lugar, yo me volvería hacia Dios
y pondría mi causa en sus manos;
9 ¡él hace tantas y tan grandes maravillas,
cosas que nadie es capaz de comprender!
10 Él envía la lluvia a la tierra,
y con ella riega los campos;
11 él enaltece a los humildes
y da seguridad a los afligidos;
12 él desbarata los planes del astuto
y los hace fracasar.
13 Él atrapa al astuto en su propia astucia,
y hace que fracasen sus planes malvados:
14 ¡a plena luz del día andan ellos a tientas,
envueltos en tinieblas, como si fuera de noche!
15 Dios salva al pobre y oprimido
del poder de los malvados;
16 él es la esperanza de los débiles,
¡él les tapa la boca a los malvados!
17 Feliz el hombre a quien Dios reprende;
no rechaces la reprensión del Todopoderoso.
18 Si él hace una herida, también la vendará;
si con su mano da el golpe, también da el alivio.
19 Una y otra vez te librará del peligro,
y no dejará que el mal llegue a ti.
20 En tiempo de hambre te librará de la muerte,
y en tiempo de guerra te salvará de la espada.
21 Te protegerá de las malas lenguas,
y no habrás de temer cuando llegue el desastre.
22 Te reirás de hambres y calamidades,
y no tendrás miedo a los animales salvajes.
23 Las piedras no estorbarán en tus campos,
y las fieras serán tus amigas.
24 En tu casa tendrás prosperidad,
y al revisar tu ganado lo encontrarás completo.
25 Tendrás tanta descendencia
como hierba hay en el campo.
26 Llegarás a la vejez en pleno vigor,
como un manojo de espigas maduras.
27 La experiencia nos enseña que esto es así;
escucha esto, y compruébalo tú mismo.

5 “你只管呼吁吧，有谁回答你？
在众圣者之中你转向哪一位？
2 烦恼杀死愚昧人，
激情害死愚蒙人。
3 我看见愚昧人扎下了根，
但咒诅忽然临到他的居所。
4 他的儿女远离安稳之处，
在城门口被欺压却没有人援救。
5 饥饿的人吃尽他的庄稼，
连在荆棘里的也抢去；
口渴的人（按照《马索拉文本》，“口渴的人”作“网罗”；现参照其他抄本和古译本翻译）吞尽他的财富。
6 患难不从土中生出来，
劳碌不由地里长出来；
7 原来人为劳碌而生，
如同火花向上飞扬。
人的指望在乎 神
8 至于我，我必寻求 神，
向他陈明我的案件。
9 他所作的大事无法测度，
所行的奇事不可胜数。
10 降雨在地上，
遣水到田里，
11 把低微的安置在高位，
把哀恸的高举于安稳之处；
12 又挫败狡猾人的计谋，
使他们的手所作的无法成全；
13 他使有智慧的人中了自己的诡计，
使奸诈人的谋算快快失败。
14 他们白天遇见黑暗，
中午摸索如在夜间。
15 他拯救穷乏人脱离他们口中的刀剑，
脱离强暴人的手；
16 这样，贫穷人有指望，
不义的人却闭口无言。
受主惩治的人是有福的
17 神所责备的人是有福的，
所以你不要轻看全能者的管教。
18 因为他打伤，又缠裹；
他击伤，又亲手医治。
19 你六次遭遇患难，他都救拔你，
就算第七次，灾祸也伤不了你。
20 在饥荒中，他必救你脱离死亡；
在战争中，他必救你脱离刀剑的权势。
21 你必不受人口舌之害，
灾殃临到，也不害怕。
22 对灾殃和饥馑，一笑置之，
地上的野兽你也不害怕。
23 你必与田间的石头立约，
田间的野兽必与你和平相处。
24 你必晓得你的帐棚平安无事；
你查看庄舍，也一无缺失。
25 你必晓得你的后裔众多，
子孙像地上的青草那样茂盛。
26 你必全寿才归到坟墓去，
如同禾捆到时就收起来。

5 “Call now; is there anyone who will answer you?
To which of (A)the holy ones will you turn?
2 Surely vexation kills the fool,
and jealousy slays the simple.
3 (B)I have seen the fool taking root,
but suddenly I cursed his dwelling.
4 His children are (C)far from safety;
they are crushed in (D)the gate,
and there is no one to deliver them.
5 The hungry eat his harvest,
and he takes it even out of thorns,[a]
and the thirsty pant[b] after his[c] wealth.
6 For affliction does not come from the dust,
nor does trouble sprout from the ground,
7 but man is (E)born to trouble
as the sparks fly upward.
8 “As for me, I would seek God,
and to God would I commit my cause,
9 who (F)does great things and (G)unsearchable,
(H)marvelous things without number:
10 he gives (I)rain on the earth
and sends waters on the fields;
11 he (J)sets on high those who are lowly,
and those who mourn are lifted to safety.
12 He (K)frustrates the devices of the crafty,
so that their hands achieve no success.
13 He (L)catches the wise in their own craftiness,
and the schemes of the wily are brought to a quick end.
14 They meet with darkness in the daytime
and (M)grope at noonday as in the night.
15 But he (N)saves the needy from the sword of their mouth
and from the hand of the mighty.
16 So the poor have hope,
and (O)injustice shuts her mouth.
17 “Behold, (P)blessed is the one whom God reproves;
therefore (Q)despise not the discipline of the (R)Almighty.
18 For he wounds, but he (S)binds up;
he (T)shatters, but his hands heal.
19 He will (U)deliver you from six troubles;
in seven no (V)evil[d] shall touch you.
20 (W)In famine he will redeem you from death,
and in war from the power of the sword.
21 You shall be (X)hidden from the lash of the tongue,
and shall not fear destruction when it comes.
22 At destruction and famine you shall laugh,
and shall not fear (Y)the beasts of the earth.
23 For you shall be in league with the stones of the field,
and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with you.
24 You shall know that your (Z)tent is at peace,
and you shall inspect your fold and miss nothing.
25 You shall know also that your (AA)offspring shall be many,
and your descendants as (AB)the grass of the earth.
26 You shall come to your grave in (AC)ripe old age,
like a sheaf gathered up in its season.
27 Behold, this we have (AD)searched out; it is true.
