²⁴ You will know that your tent is secure;^(A)
    you will take stock of your property and find nothing missing.^(B)

⁷ The Lord will keep you from all harm^(A)—
    he will watch over your life;
⁸ the Lord will watch over your coming and going
    both now and forevermore.^(B)

¹⁰ no harm^(A) will overtake you,
    no disaster will come near your tent.

⁶ The light in his tent^(A) becomes dark;^(B)
    the lamp beside him goes out.^(C)

⁶ if you are pure and upright,
    even now he will rouse himself on your behalf^(A)
    and restore you to your prosperous state.^(B)

⁴ Some wandered in desert^(A) wastelands,
    finding no way to a city^(B) where they could settle.

²¹ Surely such is the dwelling^(A) of an evil man;^(B)
    such is the place^(C) of one who does not know God.”^(D)
