¹¹ “and sets those who are low up on high, so that the sorrowful may be exalted to salvation.

¹² “He scatters the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot accomplish that which they undertake.

¹³ “He takes the wise in their craftiness. And the counsel of the wicked is made foolish.
