Job 40:8-14

⁸“Would you discredit my justice?^(A)
    Would you condemn me to justify yourself?^(B)
⁹Do you have an arm like God’s,^(C)
    and can your voice^(D) thunder like his?^(E)
¹⁰Then adorn yourself with glory and splendor,
    and clothe yourself in honor and majesty.^(F)
¹¹Unleash the fury of your wrath,^(G)
    look at all who are proud and bring them low,^(H)
¹²look at all who are proud^(I) and humble them,^(J)
    crush^(K) the wicked where they stand.
¹³Bury them all in the dust together;^(L)
    shroud their faces in the grave.^(M)
¹⁴Then I myself will admit to you
    that your own right hand can save you.^(N)

And look at everyone who is ^(G)arrogant, and humble him.
¹²Look at everyone who is arrogant, and ^(H)humble him,
And ^(I)trample down the wicked ^[a]where they stand.
¹³^(J)Hide them together in the dust;
Imprison ^[b]them in the hidden place.
¹⁴Then I will also ^[c]confess to you,
That your own right hand can save you.
