    Do you not tremble before me?
I placed the sand ^(B)as the boundary for the sea,
    a perpetual barrier that it cannot pass;
though the waves toss, they cannot prevail;
    though ^(C)they roar, they cannot pass over it.

²⁹ when he ^(A)assigned to the sea its ^(B)limit,
    so that the waters might not transgress his command,
when he marked out ^(C)the foundations of the earth,

⁸ The mountains rose, the valleys sank down
    to the place that you ^(A)appointed for them.
⁹ You set ^(B)a boundary that they may not pass,
    so that they ^(C)might not again cover the earth.

⁷ He gathers the waters of the sea as ^(A)a heap;
    he ^(B)puts the deeps in storehouses.

    and set bars and doors,
