God (A)thunders wondrously with His voice,
Doing (B)great things which we do not comprehend.
For to (C)the snow He says, ‘Fall on the earth,’
And to the [a](D)downpour and the rain, ‘Be strong.’
He (E)seals the hand of every person,
So that (F)all people may know His work.
Then the animal goes into its (G)lair
And remains in its [b]den.
From the [c](H)south comes the storm,
And from the north wind the cold.
10 From the breath of God (I)ice is made,
And the expanse of the waters is frozen.
11 He also (J)loads the clouds with moisture;
He (K)disperses (L)the cloud of His [d]lightning.
12 It changes direction, turning around by His guidance,
That [e]it may do whatever He (M)commands [f]it
On the (N)face of the inhabited earth.
13 Whether for [g](O)correction, or for (P)His earth,
Or for (Q)goodness, He causes it to [h]happen.
