16 “How he wanted to lure you away from danger into a wide and pleasant valley and to prosper you there. 17 But you are too preoccupied with your imagined grievances against others.

15 He delivers the poor in their affliction,
And opens their ears in oppression.
16 “Indeed He would have brought you out of dire distress,
(A)Into a broad place where there is no restraint;
And (B)what is set on your table would be full of (C)richness.
17 But you are filled with the judgment due the (D)wicked;
Judgment and justice take hold of you.

16 He also allured you out of distress
