³² If you have any words, ^(A)answer me;
    ^(B)speak, for I desire to justify you.

⁵ Far be it from me to say that you are right;
    till I die I will not put away my ^(A)integrity from me.

⁵ Is not your evil abundant?
    There is no end to your iniquities.
⁶ For you have ^(A)exacted pledges of your brothers for nothing
    ^(B)and stripped the naked of their clothing.
⁷ You have given no water to the weary to drink,
    and you have ^(C)withheld bread from the hungry.
^8 (D)The man with power possessed the land,
    and ^(E)the favored man lived in it.
⁹ You have ^(F)sent widows away empty,
    and ^(G)the arms of ^(H)the fatherless were crushed.

⁴ But you are doing away with the fear of God^[a]
    and hindering meditation before God.
⁵ For your iniquity teaches your mouth,
    and you choose the tongue of the crafty.
