²⁵ When he gave to the wind its weight
    and apportioned out the waters by measure,^(A)

⁷ He it is who makes the clouds rise at the end of the earth;
    he makes lightnings for the rain
    and brings out the wind from his storehouses.^(A)

    if he sends them out, they overwhelm the land.^(A)
