²⁵ When he ^(A)gave to the wind its weight
    and apportioned the waters by measure,

^7 (A)He it is who makes the clouds rise at the end of the earth,
    who ^(B)makes lightnings for the rain
    and brings forth the wind from his ^(C)storehouses.

¹⁵ If he ^(A)withholds the waters, they dry up;
    if he ^(B)sends them out, they overwhelm the land.
