²⁷ When I speak to the rivers and say, ‘Dry up!’
    they will be dry.

²⁵ I have dug wells in many foreign lands^[a]
    and refreshed myself with their water.
With the sole of my foot,
    I stopped up all the rivers of Egypt!’
