¹¹ When Job’s three friends, Eliphaz the Temanite,^(A) Bildad the Shuhite^(B) and Zophar the Naamathite,^(C) heard about all the troubles that had come upon him, they set out from their homes and met together by agreement to go and sympathize with him and comfort him.^(D)

² Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.^(A)

²⁴ And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,^{(A) 25} not giving up meeting together,^(B) as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another^(C)—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.^(D)
