¹⁸ Even ^(A)young children despise me;
I arise, and they speak against me.

¹² At my right hand the rabble arises;
They push away my feet,
And ^(A)they raise against me their ways of destruction.

30 “But now they mock at me, men ^[a]younger than I,
Whose fathers I disdained to put with the dogs of my flock.

⁵ The people will be oppressed,
Every one by another and every one by his neighbor;
The child will be insolent toward the ^[a]elder,
And the ^[b]base toward the honorable.”
