Job 12:23-25

²³ He ^(A)makes nations great, and he destroys them;
    he enlarges nations, and ^(B)leads them away.
²⁴ He takes away understanding from the chiefs of the people of the earth
    and ^(C)makes them wander in a trackless waste.
²⁵ They ^(D)grope in the dark without light,
    and he makes them ^(E)stagger like a drunken man.
