Job 12:14-18

New International Version

¹⁴ What he tears down^(A) cannot be rebuilt;^(B)
    those he imprisons cannot be released.^(C)
15 If he holds back the waters,^(D) there is drought;^(E)
    if he lets them loose, they devastate the land.^(F)
16 To him belong strength and insight;^(G)
    both deceived and deceiver are his.^(H)
17 He leads rulers away stripped^(I)
    and makes fools of judges.^(J)
18 He takes off the shackles^(K) put on by kings
    and ties a loincloth^[a] around their waist.^(L)
